Intermittent Dynamics

To improve general dynamics, this platform stresses intermittent behaviors between relative activities and tranquilities. For instance: work/rest cycles and bi-phasic sleep cycles of 7-8 hrs at night plus 1 hr during the day to increase performance; Intermittent fasting of a maximum 8 hours of eating to enhance metabolic regulation; and ‘sexual rejuvenation cycles’ of 7 days of separation during the monthly menstrual period to maintain intimacy and sexual attraction alive.
